Corrections, removals and broker feeds
Every listing here is a short factual summary of a listing a broker published, with that broker's name and a link to their page. If one of yours is wrong, out of date, or should not be here, this is how it is fixed.
Correct a listing
The fastest fix is on your own site. The Dental Practice Market re-reads broker websites daily, and a listing that is no longer on the broker's page stops being shown.
If something is still wrong, email privacy@thedentalpracticemarket.com from your firm's address with:
- the listing page URL (it ends in
/listings/TDPM-and five digits), and - what is wrong and what it should say.
Remove a listing, or all of them
Email the same address with the listing URL (or say "all listings from my firm"), from an address at the domain published on your firm's own website. That check is the only gate: it keeps anyone from removing your listings by claiming to be you. No fee, no contract, no notice period, no retention call.
What is shown, and what is not
- Shown: specialty, anonymized area, status, your published asking price and collections where you published them, the date we last re-verified the listing, your firm's name, and a link to your page.
- Not shown: practice name, address, your photos (unless you opt in below), or your full description. Those stay with you.
- Never added: any valuation, estimate, average, range or ranking of your listing against another broker's.
- Inquiries go straight to you. The marketplace does not intercept, qualify or hold back a buyer.
Photos: opt in, update or remove
The Dental Practice Market does not copy, store or link to photos from broker websites, and it does not show a broker's photo unless the broker has asked for it. Until then a listing shows a plain specialty cover and a link to your page, where your photos live.
To show your photo: email privacy@thedentalpracticemarket.com from your firm's address with the listing page URL and the address of one photo on your own website that you are free to share. It is shown once per listing as "Photo: your firm's name", linked to your listing page. To update or remove a photo: email the same address; removal is applied as soon as the request is verified against your firm's domain, and the aim is the same day.
Offer a feed instead
If you would rather hand listings over in structured form than be read from your public pages, email the same address with the address of a feed (JSON, CSV or RSS) or a single listings page. Listings that arrive that way are shown exactly like any other: your name, a link to your page, no fee.
Reusing the data
Dated listing counts by state and specialty are published at /data and a plain-text guide for AI assistants at /llms.txt. Anyone repeating a fact from them is asked to name the listing broker and link to the broker's page.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get a listing corrected on The Dental Practice Market?
Fix it on your own website first: the Dental Practice Market re-reads broker sites daily, so a change you publish is picked up on the next refresh. If it needs correcting sooner, or the error is in how we show it, email privacy@thedentalpracticemarket.com from your firm's address with the listing page URL and what is wrong.
How do I have a listing removed?
Email privacy@thedentalpracticemarket.com with the listing page URL, from an address at the domain published on your firm's own website. The request is checked against that domain so nobody can remove your listings by claiming to be you. There is no fee, no contract and no retention call.
What does The Dental Practice Market publish about a listing?
Facts: specialty, anonymized area, status, the broker's published asking price and collections where the broker published them, and the date the listing was last re-verified. Every listing names the listing broker and links to the broker's own page. Practice names and addresses are never shown, and broker photos and full descriptions are not copied. A broker's own photo is shown only if the broker asks for it.
Does it cost a broker anything to be listed?
No. There is no listing fee, no placement fee and no referral fee. Inquiries go straight to the listing broker.
Practice identity and location are never disclosed on this site. Contact the listing broker and sign an NDA for full details.
